DIRECT MARKETING POLICY

What does this Direct Marketing Policy do?

This policy explains how we as a Domino’s franchisee (we will refer to ourselves as a “Domino’s Franchisee”) may use your personal information for direct marketing purposes. This Policy does not apply to the Domino’s Group (which includes Domino’s Pizza UK & IRL plc and any of its group companies) nor does it apply to other franchisees of the Domino’s Group.

What is ‘direct marketing’?

Direct marketing is marketing which is directed at specific individuals as opposed to, for example, a newspaper advertisement which would be marketing but not direct marketing as it isn’t directed at you as a particular individual.

Who does this Direct Marketing Policy apply to?

As you may be aware, Domino’s Pizza UK & IRL plc is a franchised business, where almost all stores are owned and operated by independent franchisees, like us.  Therefore the Domino's Group does not include franchisee companies and this policy does not cover any other independent franchisees.  This policy only applies to us [Hala (Farnborough) Ltd], as a Domino’s Franchisee.  If you would like to review the marketing policy and practices of another franchisee of the Domino’s Group, please visit the store website of the relevant franchisee (if one exists) or contact them directly by calling the relevant Domino’s store.

What direct marketing might you receive from the Domino’s Group?

The direct marketing which we as a Domino’s Franchisee might want to send to you includes information about our existing or new products and services, special offers, promotions and competitions (which we will refer to collectively as ‘Promotions’).

Who might we share your information with and why?

We don't provide your personal information to companies outside the Domino’s Family and by this expression we mean the Domino’s Group together with other franchisees and certain companies performing services on our behalf (such as direct marketing agents) who will only use the information to provide that service, for our marketing purposes. However, we may aggregate anonymised information based on your personal information and disclose this to advertisers and other third parties.

Whilst we make every effort to tie-in with reputable companies which have a similar high regard for your privacy, you should make sure you are aware of what their policies say, as we are not responsible for the policies and practices of other companies, including those of the Domino’s Group or any other franchisees.
