This policy explains how we as a Domino’s franchisee (we will refer to ourselves as a “Domino’s Franchisee”) may use your personal information. This Policy does not apply to the Domino’s Group (which includes Domino’s Pizza UK & IRL plc and any of its group companies) nor does it apply to other franchisees of the Domino’s Group.

In addition to our Privacy Policy, we have a separate direct marketing policy relating to our direct marketing (i.e. marketing aimed at individuals) practices. What information do we collect?

In general, you can visit our website at [WWW.DOMINOSPIZZAFLEET.CO.UK] (the “Domino’s Franchisee Website”), without giving us any information and we don’t know who you are.

If you are one of our anonymous visitors, please bear in mind that we may still:

•    record the areas of the website which you visit; and
•    collect information about your computer, such as which browser you are using, your network location, the type of connection you are using (e.g. broadband, ADSL etc).

We do this by using Cookies, but we can’t tell who you are.
The types of information we may request are:

•    we may, from time to time, request further general information about you – your personal or professional interests, experiences with our products and services or other products and services and your contact preferences.

Who do we share this information with?

We may share your personal information with the Domino’s Family and by this expression we mean the Domino’s Group together with other franchisees, their service providers and certain companies performing services on our behalf (such as direct marketing agents) who will only use the information to provide that service.  We may also share your personal information with a purchaser or a potential purchaser of our business.

Those selected companies will perform a function for us as a Domino’s Franchisee, such as agencies and suppliers whom we have instructed to assist us to more effectively fulfil orders, manage and conduct promotions and offers, provide technical assistance and support and perform other functions to support our marketing activities.  

All selected companies may have access to personal information if needed to perform such functions but will only be permitted by us to use personal information for the purpose of performing that function (which may include one to which you have expressly given your consent) and not for any other purpose.

In all cases, any use of your personal information which has been instigated by us (as opposed, for example, by other franchisees, the Domino’s Group or a promotional partner), will comply with this Privacy Policy and with data protection legislation.

In some circumstances, we may have to disclose your personal information by law, because a court or the police or other law enforcement agency has asked us for it.  

Save for this, we do not sell, transfer or disclose personal information we have collected from you in connection with our website activities to third parties outside the Domino’s Family.
